All products what we are selling backed up with a manufacturer’s warranty, The warranty Terms of Service applies only to the products purchased from “Green Computers Stores and in Online Portal.

Green Computers will guide and assist to claim warranty from manufacturer, in case client request us to claim warranty will do it on chargeable basis. We are glad to assist you just give a call, email, or click here to contact us.
Return or Replacement Warranty:
We Assured Ten Days Replacement Warranty on Dead on Arrival. If a product is defective on arrival, we offer a replacement for it within 7-10 Working Days after receiving a faulty unit. Just Notice us an a email to firstname.lastname@example.org with full details within 12 Hours of the receipt of delivery and mention the problem along with pictures if possible or other data to support your claim. After approval from our side, you need to ship the product in the original box with every single accessory included in the original box. The replacement will be shipped to you within 7-10 working days after we receive the faulty unit.
Duration of Warranty:
Warranty Duration; kindly refer to the Product warranty period mentioned in online product details, in on your purchase invoice and product user manual.
How to Claim Warranty:
It is highly recommended registering your product online in respective manufacturer’s support or warranty portal to get speedy warranty and tech support from the manufacturer. Warranty will be considered from the date of registration of product and in on your purchase invoice date-month-year. Please contact the manufacturer’s service center directly to claim warranty. In case request green computers to claim warranty will do it on chargeable basis.
Note, Lifetime warranty denotes the life of a product in technology terms, not human lifetime. Lifetime warranty usually means the company will honour warranty as long as the part is in production, kindly please refer respective manufacturer’s warranty policy-terms and condition on manufacturers official website for more information.
Warranty terms provided for the following cases, does not apply to: product failure caused by accidents, abuse, mishandling, and improper installation, and alteration, acts of nature, improper usage, and problems with electrical power. In addition, opening or tampering with the product casing, or any physical damage, abuse or alteration to the product’s surface, Warranty label or serial number of the product appear fuzzy situations such as broken or missing.
Products must be used with devices that conform to recommended industry standards. We are not being liable for damages resulting from a third party device that causes the product to fail. Shall in no event be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, lost profits, lost business investments, lost goodwill, or interference with business relationships as a result of lost data.
Out of Warranty Product Repair:
- We support and undertake out of warranty products on paid services, depend on feasibility of components and parts. The repair service charges and estimate that will conform to user before repair.
- All Service and repairs covered with 30days limited warranty on the components or particular spares and part serviced.
